Untitled

  1. You can use Notion to prepare the text content for each post

You can use a Content Creation Dashboard in Notion to track all of your posts and copy.

  2. Created the designs in Canva

After the text is ready you can paste into a Canva template, and edit the graphics until you are happy with it. If you are new to Canva, it allows to create beautiful designs, and it is pretty intuitive to learn. There is a free version available, however Canva Pro (the paid version) has some useful additional features. You can use our templates and graphics with your own Canva: just create an account and simply click on the links provided in Content Creation dashboard!

  3. Post in your social media platform (or program posts for later).

Lastly, you can post a single post at a time, or you can program them using software such as Meta Business Suite.

Traditional approaches to social media

Social medias, such as Facebook, and mailing lists have been traditionally used by AI Safety groups for advertising local events and opportunities. In this case as well, the use of eye-catching well-thought-out graphics can be useful for attracting more people to your events!

Make sure to pair the graphics with informative descriptions that are as welcoming and inclusive as possible.

It goes without saying that after you have produced graphics for one of your media e.g. Facebook, you can employ the same graphics for your mailing list (see example below). Learn more about using mailing lists here.
